When will I receive my product ordered?
All United States orders should arrive within 4 to 8 business days depending on your location and which shipping method you choose at checkout. Delivery time can vary depending on weather, destination, and holiday seasons.
What's your return policy?
We want you to be happy. We happy to give you a refund for the product that you purchase (minus shipping/handling fees), provided they are unworn, and unwashed, and it is within 15 days of receipt of your order. The items must be in re-sellable condition, free from deodorant marks, pet hair and cigarette smoke odors. Just email us and we'll be happy to assist you.
There's a problem with my order. What should I do?
We do our best to ensure your order arrives on time and in perfect condition. Unfortunately, like you, we are human and sometimes mistakes happen. If they do, just email us and we'll make sure you are taken care of in cordial and prompt manner.
How much is shipping?
FREE Standard Shipping for (two items or more).
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship domestically to the United States.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. You will receive a USPS Tracking number within 1-2 business days of your order.
What if I never received an order/shipment email confirmation?
Sometimes our automated order/shipment confirmation emails will get blocked by an email server. If you don't receive our email notifications, just email us and we'll resend them.
Do your shirts shrink?
All of our shirts (with a few exceptions) are made of pre-shrink 100% cotton and will very minimal shrinkage in size after washing. However, to minimize shrinkage for most garments, wash in cold water and air dry.
Can I place an order over the phone?
Unfortunately, we are not set up to take orders over the phone. We do this to cut down on costs and save our customers money. We also take our customers' security very seriously, so we only process payments using one of our trusted, online, third party payment gateways: Stripe, PayPal, and Amazon Pay. These gateways not only protect your credit card info, but also provide extra insurance that your purchase is protected throughout the delivery process.
